At Editmeup, we strive to provide high-quality photo editing services tailored to each client’s needs. Since our work is custom and digital in nature, we have a structured refund policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • ✅ Full Refund: If work has not started and the request is made within 24 hours of payment.
  • ✅ Partial Refund: If editing is in progress but not yet completed. The refund amount depends on how much work has been done.
  • ❌ No Refund: Once the final files have been delivered or the project has been marked complete.

2. Revision First Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request a free revision if the delivered work does not match the original instructions. We are happy to adjust the files to your satisfaction within the original scope.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@editmeup.com with:

  • Your name and order details
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with a resolution.

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method:

  • Payoneer: 3–7 business days
  • Western Union: Subject to their refund process and location

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for support or a refund, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of delivery and communication history.

Can I get a full refund after placing an order?

Yes — if work has not yet started and your request is made within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

What happens if I cancel after work has started?

You may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.

Can I get a refund after receiving the final edited files?

No. Once the final files are delivered or the project is marked complete, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer free revisions within the original scope of work.

Do you offer revisions before issuing a refund?

Yes. We encourage clients to request a free revision first. Most concerns can be resolved through edits without needing a refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

If approved, refunds are processed within:

  • 3–7 business days via Payoneer

  • Subject to Western Union’s policy for Western Union payments

How do I request a refund?

Simply email us at hello@editmeup.com with your name, order details, reason for the refund, and any related documentation. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

What if I file a chargeback instead of contacting you?

We strongly advise reaching out to us first. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we may dispute it using project delivery and communication records.

Do you refund transaction fees?

No. Any third-party transaction or currency conversion fees (from Payoneer or Western Union) are non-refundable.
